DO NOT HIRE YOUR CAR AT BUDGET NANDI I booked the car 2 days before (booking N0 23702673USI ) was quoted $450.11 Australian Arrived at office had to wait over an hour then was given a bill for $984.70 when I showed the lady my booking she snapped at me that it was in Fiji Dollars ( We did not know the exchange so I let it slide ) We soon found out that was not the case .We were charged $679.11 Australian The car was great everything we needed When we returned the car I told the rude lady the exchange rates do not vary that much The answer then was the rental price change daily You have to leave a $500.00 Fiji Dollar bond $344.82 Australian that will not be refunded for up to 14 days because they do a work shop check They did do a inspection when we returned the car so there was no problem in that area SO YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED

Did not have the vehicle that had been booked. Did not offer any alternatives nor did they apologize for the mistake.

Confirmation number was sent, but upon arrival, we were informed that there were no more cars available. Disappointing experience with Budget.

The car was an old vehicle, I had to wait around for over an hour for them to get the car for us after travelling overseas and it being late in the day.
