Hertz does not give the customer an option for reaching a human being by phone. My drop off location was Saberton WV. The hours posted online were till 5pm (Wed). From noon Wednesday, I had no option to reach a person (customer service) to ask a question regarding drop off. When I called the online 800# and the number on the business card provide, the outgoing recording looped around for extending the rental and provided no option for a live human. I arrived at the drop off at 3:45. The location was locked up with no key drop box option. I left the car with the key in it. I have no way to contact this office, because of the way the phone line works.
