Great car, great price, great service. Good Job

The staff were so friendly and helpful. The process from pick up to drop off was smooth and fast. I only had 2 incidents: one was the car tire pressure alert and having to stop to put air into the right rear passenger tire. The staff were sorry for that inconvenience, The second : The Nissan Altima has many safety feature alerts- some I was not aware of- in heavy rain- so if you are unfamiliar with the car you are renting- ask the questions before you drive away. The staff are helpful to answer questions.

The staff and customer service were fine, but my car ended up not having any window washer fluid and the A/C was completely broke. Obviously neither were identified until I needed them.

The windshield was streaky on the inside and needed cleaning to drive safely at night

When we arrived at the Austin airport, the Enterprise manager called to say not to bother to come to the Enterprise office because there were no cars of any kind anywhere in Austin, even though we had made our reservation weeks ago and received a confirmation the day before our arrival. It was the Formula 1 Grand Prix and no cars we’re a available, regardless of our reservation and confirmation.

Bad Business just Like Frontier Flights!

Reservation made six months in advance for a convertible car, on arrival told we don't have one you can have a Kia or Chevy, no apology just take one of them!

Shift manager at the Austin facility on 35th street was pushy, but drop off (elsewhere) was great. Would recommend another Austin location.

Was waiting for a "confirmation" on my rental; never received it until the day we were to leave for our trip. No way for "priceline" to do business , and then say that it was NOT cancellable. had gottten another rental when this one showed up on my lap top. BE CAREFUL who you select for your rental.

Quick and easy to pick up the car with friendly staff. The car was a bit dirty but overall great value for a car rental

People were awesome and service was excellent. Car was a bit banged up and old but it ran and handled fine. Perfect for what I needed it for and the price was great.

My online booking turned into a disaster. The counter agent at pickup in Austin was extremely difficult to hear and understand behind the plexiglass. When I questioned the drop off location on the agreement, we must have had a complete failure in communication because she said it was the downtown Dallas return location, I said "No, it's at DFW". Even after repeating the exchange, mentioning my 7am flight time; she indicated it was the correct location. She then charged the full rental for my prepaid reservation! I questioned that as well, but she insisted it had to be charged to a card in the driver's name. The result=it was not at DFW, no human answered a phone on location but every hold in the phone queue ended up at the 800# line. I've now paid over $600 for a 44hr car rental and will be spending countless hours trying to correct the problem and get any of my money back!!

Total bait and switch. Rental price more than doubled after hidden or undisclosed “fees.” Car was unclean and smelled of mold. Had to request a different one.

We were never even able to get a car. The office was closed when we went to pick it up and there was no one to talk to and the link online had broken. Wouldn’t recommend!

I was confused about the deposit and the pricing, but the car was excellent and the staff really friendly and competent. They explained things to me and now I understand. Great experience

Easy to pick up. Staff very helpful and friendly. But the car had not been checked over very well as it had a cracked windshield and was low on wiper fluid.
