When I arrived, I was told I was at the wrong Enterprise desk...and that the other one was closed. There were NO cars available, at any price (let alone the "bargain" price I had booked) and I had to take a much higher walk-up rate at Avis. Lucky for me I have credit and Avis had a car! Enterprise USED TO BE a reliable vendor, but I hear nothing good about them anymore.

Made a reservation a few days in advance with email confirmation of the reservation only to be told on the day of that they “have over 30 reservations but only one car available”. Glad we were able to go through Turo or we would’ve had to cancel our road trip, and the plans we already paid for would have been a waste of money. Really doesn’t make sense to keep letting people book online if they know they have a car shortage

I requested a car from Atlanta Airport. When I arrived at the counter in the airport I was told I had rented from the sixt location 20 minutes away. When I arrived there by Uber which was an extra $35. There were some other people who had the same experience. To compound the problem they didn't have the car I ordered, a BMW X3 and could only offer a Chevy Malibu, which as I was already late I had to take. Overall a really bad experience and with no one to talk to at priceline there is nothing I can do except stop using this service.

I rented the car on the wrong dates and couldn’t cancel!!! I was to pay $500 to cancel! Ridiculous! Needless to say, I feel like my money was stolen!

Pickup was horrible. Car was completely dirty.

We had a terrible experience with our drop off. We had to change our plans and our original pickup location was closed. We called Hertz and we were on the phone for 2 hrs being transferred around. No one could help us figure out what we were supposed to do with the car. Finally we just took it to the airport (airport staff was extremely rude) where again no one knew how to help. We ended up getting charged $2,200. We then went to the Hertz counter where a kind lady talked to her manager and helped us get our original prices. I will absolutely NEVER use Hertz again. Their staff is UNFRIENDLY and have no idea how to help!

I cancelled my reservation several days before my trip and they still tried to charge my card. There was a $50 fee and they tried to charge me full price.

This was a nightmare of an experience. I reserved my rental car through kayak for pick up at the Atlanta airport. My flight was delayed by 2 hours, and when I arrived to the Atlanta airport Hertz location they advised me that my car was actually reserved at the peachtree location, and that that location closed at 6 PM. They then proceeded to advise me that since I had pre-paid that reservation there was nothing they could do for me. They could not transfer my Hertz reservation from the Peachtree location to the Hertz at the Atlanta airport location. So I then ended up paying an additional $740 to rent the exact same car!! Grateful I had a credit card that I was able to put this on, but not everyone is so fortunate. I just do not understand how a company cannot transfer services between different locations. It’s quite ridiculous!

My scheduled pick up time was 3pm, they texted 45m prior to that time stating that they closed at 3pm. I explained that it was impossible to be there before 3pm.. They made no accommodations to stay or help find another location that would be open past 3pm. Horrible service I would not suggest using this location.

they waited until 30 minutes before my reservation to tell me they are all sold out of cars. for two days out of my trip we were doing ubers and had to go with another company.

Canceled because could coordinate an extention of the rental time on front end

Poor communication. Never received a vehicle so I was left stranded. Instead of just telling me a car was not available they strong me along for 24 hours. Busy holiday season and the middle of the Southwest screw up didn’t help the situation.

All of the people were friendly and efficient

I reserved a minivan as we needed room for 7. They called me the day before my reservation was scheduled to say they did not have any vans or large suvs available despite the reservation.
