1. What is a podcast?
A podcast is an audio or video file that can downloaded and viewed/listened to on a portable player or computer.
2. How do I listen to a podcast?
There are two ways:
First, you can listen on your computer simply by clicking on the podcast link. As long as you have a sound card and an audio player on your computer, the podcast will start playing for you. Most computers are equipped to automatically play sound – if you’ve ever listened to music or watched a video online, you’re all set.
Second, you can download a podcast to your portable player. To do this, you will need software that allows you to download the podcast, such as iTunes or Juice. These programs will also help you transfer the podcast to your portable device.
