A fisheye lens produces distorted, wide angle and curved perspective photographs. The distinctive ‘hemispherical’ look makes the photos easily distinguishable from images captured with a standard (rectilinear) camera lens.

In this gallery we’ve collected images that demonstrate the fisheye’s unique ability to both squeeze things into frame and reshape a scene. In both cases, we think you’ll agree, the results are really neat.
