The air crew was wonderful when they were around. Unfortunately you are abandoned most of the flight. You find yourself thirsty often during a long flight. It was a free for all if you wanted anything. Get up and go get yourself. You would accumulate trash without anybody coming by to take it from you. The entertainment systems are aging but that’s due to the age of the aircraft. Call me spoiled but once you fly on Singapore Airlines everybody else doesn’t meet the standard.

Romantic parks, elegant museums, peaceful gardens, and delicious local cuisine make Wuhan a very desirable place to visit. One truly unique place to visit in this city is the Hubei Provincial Museum. This museum contains over 140, 000 ancient artifacts, most of which were unearthed from a tomb more than two and a half centuries old. The museum thus provides a fascinating glimpse into the ancient history of the region. Nature lovers should make sure to visit the Donghu National Park, which is a great place for a quiet stroll amid lush vegetation and shimmering lakes. Take a dragon boat ride through East Lake and enjoy the great views of the city that you can enjoy from the water. The Botanical Garden is a haven of tranquillity in the bustling city, and is a brilliant place to come when you have had a hard morning of retail therapy in the many excellent shops in Wuhan. There are plenty of majestic religious buildings in this part of China, too. One of the most popular architectural and religious attractions is the Guiyuan temple.
As well as a high speed Wuhan-Guangzhou train that will help you to explore the rest of China from the city’s train station, there are plenty of transport options for seeing sights within the town center. Dragon boats and ferries operate on the river. Taxis and buses are plentiful.
Wuhan Tianhe International Airport (WUH) is the main airport serving this region of China. There is a special bus several times a day that will take you the 12 miles from the airport to Wuhan train station. The bus is timed to coincide with the arrivals of flights. Another option is to hire a car and drive to your hotel: there are car hire kiosks at the airport, or you can book your vehicle online and have it ready to pick up at the airport. For a fee in the region of five times what you would pay for the shuttle bus, you can also get a taxi from the airport to the town center: sharing with other visitors will help to reduce the cost.
