Check In at Stewart / Newburgh was bad. Computers were not working and the poor staff was running around trying to get everyone checked in. They used 6 or 7 different computers to accomplish this. Give your employees the tools to succeed. Flight was good after that. The plane definely showed signs of wear and tear. Tray tables needed to be wiped down between flights. USB A charging port on my seat did not work.

Check In at Stewart / Newburgh was bad. Computers were not working and the poor staff was running around trying to get everyone checked in. They used 6 or 7 different computers to accomplish this. Give your employees the tools to succeed. Flight was good after that. The plane definely showed signs of wear and tear. Tray tables needed to be wiped down between flights. USB A charging port on my seat did not work.
