Cheap Car Rentals in Ortica, Milan from $5

The worst car rental experience of my life. Avoid at all cost. The guy at the check-in wanted to charge me an excess fee of 100 EUR, I asked what it was for and then started dropping the fee to 80 EUR then finally 50 EUR was the best he could do. At 50 EUR I asked again what the fee was for and couldn't get a clear explanation. Take lots of pictures before. Our car was full of bumps and scratches. They tried to get us on a bump and a scratch but luckily we caught them on photos. They charged me 22 EUR because I didn't return the car spotless. These guys advertise the lowest cost but then try to get you when you pick-up and bring back your car. Surprice car rental is a sure scam and they can kiss my hairy a##
