The pick-up was amazingly confusing ! A huge and shameful mistake on their behalf created big trouble ! Never again!

Easy pick up and drop off. Really liked the fact I was able to pick any SUV I wanted. I also loved the fact that attendants we're in front of the building helping people and answering questions.

My car broke down late at night on a road trip and I believed it was totaled, so I booked a rental to get me home for work. Thrifty did not offer any sort of help to accommodate my needs and kept the down payment I provided. Overall, they made my experience much more stressful than it already was.

Unexpected fees that weren’t disclosed up front when booking online and then having to pay more when picking up.

During the pick up, you seem to be extremely understaffed. It took close to an hour to get served

They said the charge was $79 and then they added $273 without explanation

The counter staff were fast and friendly but unable to provide a clear explanation as to why I was paying additional over what I already paid for the rental. I thought that when I paid through the website that I was done. Apparently there were still more more fees to be paid for the rental. The vehicle was low mileage, comfortable and relatively clean (film on the inside of the windshield that made clear vision sometimes difficult/dangerous. Drop off and transfer efficient and seamless. On a scale of 1-10 I would give my rental experience a 7.

No complaints whatsoever.

Mileage limit I booked through kayak was not honored at the counter.

Great rental experience. Friendly staff at pick-up and drop-off, no wait. I got to choose from three available cars (never experienced that before). The car was almost new, very clean and drove beautifully. It was the most worry-free car rental I have experienced. Thanks!

The staff at Alamo were exceptional. Friendly and helpful. Really went out of their way to assist. They are keepers. Look after them.

Waiting times for my car was a bit ridiculous. Took more than an hour.

Car looked like it was stolen. Paint stains and scratches all over. Dirty inside. “Surprise vehicle” was a scam. They basigave the shittiest most fuel-guzzling truck so that “for just $10 a day I could upgrade to a Corolla.” The attendant checking me in even had a script about how that would save me more than $10/day on gas and was shocked when I declined. Entire thing felt scammy. Drop off was a mess. Dozens are cars lined up with nobody to scan vehicles in. Was told that they would check me in and email receipt and I still haven’t received anything. Tried calling multiple times but phone just rings with no answer. Emailed for support and have not received anything back. Would not recommend to anyone.

READ CAREFULLY BEFORE BOOKING. Cancelation not allowed for any reason, I will never use Kayak or Payless again. I had to reschedule my trip and they billed me anyway.

The counter person was friendly and the car was easy to find.
