Taxi: Taxi and limousine services are provided by Airport Taxi and Limousine Service (tel: 401 737 2868) and Aero-Airport Limousine Service (Providence shuttle) (tel: 401 737 2868). Cozy Cab, Inc. (tel: 401 846 1500) offers a daily shuttle service between the airport and Newport.
Bus: Rhode Island Public Transit Authority (RIPTA) (tel: 401 781 9400) buses serve the airport and go to Downtown Providence and Newport.

The airport has 7,040 parking spaces. All airport lots have 24-hour security, lighting and shuttle service. Call +1 401 737 0694 for more information. The daily parking garage is located directly adjacent to the terminal building and is accessible from both the departures and arrivals roadway. Parking for disabled people is available on levels 1 and 3. A lot for short-term parking to drop off and pick up passengers is located directly in front of the terminal.

Money and communications: There are several ATMs in the terminal building. Wi-Fi Internet access is available in all public areas. Service information, including pricing, is available by visiting T-Mobile HotSpot.
Eating and drinking: There are several restaurants in the terminal, as well as a café, a coffee shop and a juice bar.
Shopping:The Rhode Island Marketplace consists of three shops selling fashion clothing and gifts, local arts and crafts, and nautical items and gourmet foods from Rhode Island. The Heritage Bookstore has a good selection of newspaper, magazines and books. There is a retail court in the north concourse. There are newsstands located on both the north and south concourses.

Other facilities: Pre or post flight massage are available from First Class Massage. The service is located through security checkpoint and off to the left. Shoe shining services are offered on the upper level, through the security checkpoint to the right.

The airport has a business center and a meeting room available to travelers. The business center is located on the second floor, across from the Rhode Island Airport Corporation human resource office. The room is available for rental and can accommodate from eight to 10 people. The Briefing Center room is located behind the USAir ticketing counter and holds up to 20 people. Both conference rooms are outfitted with a full array of services including speakerphone, power outlets, and private copy/fax.
