Getting into Town

Taxi: The taxi stand is located in front of Arrivals.

Bus: Bus no.33 operates to/from Rotterdam Central Station (journey time: 20 minutes). The airport bus station is located in front of the terminal building. Rotterdam Airport Shuttle operates to/from Amsterdam Central Station (journey time: 70 minutes), The Hague Central Station (journey time: 45 minutes) and Delft (journey time: 20 minutes).

Car Parking

The airport has three parking lots: P1 (long-term) can be found to the left of the terminal building, P2 (short-term) is in front of the terminal and P3 (long-term) is located to the right of the terminal building. All parking lots are within walking distance of the terminal.

The information desk (tel: +31 (0)10 446 3444) is located in the transit hall. Services include a fax service within the Netherlands, flight and public transport information, tourist information and hotel reservations.

Airport Facilities

Money and communications: There is a 24-hour bank in the transit hall, where passengers can use ATMs.

Eating and drinking: The airport has a self-service buffet/bar, a panoramic restaurant and bar.

Shopping: The Rotterdam Airport Shop, located in the Departures lounge, offers an extensive selection of products; duty-free is available.

Luggage: There are baggage storage lockers in the transit hall.

Other facilities: There is a fully-equipped baby lounge and travel agencies.

Airport Disabled Facilities

The majority of airport facilities are easily accessible. The restaurant and promenade on the mezzanine are accessible by elevator. The airport has automatic doors, lowered curbs, disabled toilets and elevators. Wheelchairs are available on request for use at the airport. Passengers requiring wheelchairs and any special assistance should inform their airline prior to travel.

Top flight deals

Directions

From Amsterdam and The Hague, follow the A4 towards Rotterdam. At the Prins Claudsplein junction, take the A13 towards Rotterdam and follow signs for the airport. From Utrecht, take the A12 towards Rotterdam. At Gouda, take the A20 towards the Hook of Holland and then take the A13 towards The Hague.
