Money and communications: There are ATMs outside the terminal on the arrival side, and a post office (tel: +262 (0)262 28 25 52) inside.
Eating and drinking: There is a gastronomic restaurant with panoramic views located on the third floor of the terminal building and can be reached via a lift outside of the terminal. There is also a self-service restaurant on the first floor, and two bars, one on the ground floor, and one on the first floor. A snack bar is located in the first floor boarding lounge.
Shopping: In the shopping area on the first floor there are newsagents and tobacconists as well as shops selling souvenirs and mobile phones and phone accessories. In the boarding lounge there are newsagents and tobacconists and a shop selling fresh fruit and flowers. Items sold in the duty-free department include alcohol, tobacco, perfume, jewelry, watches, sunglasses and photo, video and sound equipment. There is also an automatic speed lab for digital camera on the ground floor.
Luggage: For lost or damaged luggage, travelers should contact their airline. There is a lost and found service in the public car park (tel +262: (0)262 48 80 19).
Other facilities: A room for worship is located on the first floor. There is also a play area for children on the first floor.

There are no hotels at the airport. Parking spaces reserved for disabled passengers are situated in the part of the car park closest to the terminal. The terminal is accessible for wheelchairs by the central pedestrian way. There are lifts to the upper floors in the terminal building. Every level of the terminal is equipped with toilet facilities adapted to people with reduced mobility and accessible by lift.
