Mohammed V Airport is located 19 miles south of Casablanca, Morocco. A major expansion project – construction of a second terminal – is underway currently with completion scheduled for this year. Royal Air Maroc, the national airline, is based at Mohammed V Airport. About five million passengers traveled through it in 2006.

Rail: A shuttle train service operates from the airport Arrivals hall to Casablanca port and the city center (journey time: about 45 minutes).
Taxi: Taxis are available outside Arrivals. Bus: There is a shuttle bus to Casablanca.

There is long-/short-term parking with 1,600 spaces outside Departures and long-/short-term parking with 880 spaces outside Arrivals.

Money and communications: There are banks with bureau de change facility, ATMs and a post office. Telephones can be found throughout the airport.
Eating and drinking: There are restaurants and cafés throughout the airport.
Shopping: There is a shopping center in Departures and there are various duty-free shops in Arrivals and Departures.
Other facilities: An ambulance and first aid facilities are also available. There is a pharmacy on the first floor.

There are no hotels at the airport. There are two elevators in Departures and two in Arrivals. Wheelchair transportation can also be provided between the airplane and Arrivals/Departures; passengers requiring wheelchairs and special assistance should inform their airline prior to travel.
