All services depart from the lower level of the terminal building next to the baggage claim area.
Taxi: Gator City Taxis (tel: 904 741 0008) is the official taxi company serving the airport. Express Shuttle (tel: 904 353 8880 or 800 394 0116 toll free) is a minibus service, which will take passengers anywhere in Florida or Southeast Georgia. Passengers who want to use this service should go to the Express Shuttle booth in section no.5 of the middle curb outside the baggage claim area.

The airport has hourly and daily parking in the multi-story garage and daily parking in a surface lot, located in front of the terminal; and three long-term economy parking areas. Visitors who want to pick-up travelers can park in the courtesy waiting lot, near the administration building. The first half hour of parking in the hourly and daily parking garage is free of charge. Apart from the garage, which is located next to the terminal, all parking lots are served by a free 24-hour shuttle bus to/from the terminal. Valet parking is available in front of the terminal building, 24 hours a day, from AirValet (tel: 904 741 1005); the vehicle check-in booth is located on the upper level of the terminal.

Money and communications: ATMs are available on the lower level after baggage reclaim and on the upper level before the security checkpoint. There are also courtesy telephones. Telephones are available throughout the terminal; pre-paid phone cards are available on all concourses. Postal facilities, including a stamp machine, post box and FedEx drop box are located in the Business Center, on the upper level.
Eating and drinking: There are numerous bars, coffee shops, restaurants and snack bars on the upper level courtyard and concourses.
Shopping: There are newsstands and gift shops, luxury gifts, a book store, a convenience store, a leather shop, a sunglasses shop and a PGA golf shop; shops are located on both levels.
Luggage: Damaged luggage, lost property and lost pets services are available. Trolleys are available for a small fee. Lockers are available in the Business Center, on the upper level courtyard.
Other facilities: There are massage and shoeshine facilities, a 24-hour florist, a 24-hour chapel, a meet-and-greet service and a video games arcade.

Hotels listed here are all located within 2 miles of the airport. The Clarion Airport Hotel and Conference Center (tel: 904 741 1997) is located within the airport grounds and has a customer service desk in the baggage claim area; the Courtyard Marriott Hotel (tel: 904 741 1122) can be contacted from the courtesy telephone in the baggage claim area, as can the Holiday Inn-Airport (tel: 904 741 4404). The Fairfield Inn (tel: 904 741 3500) can arrange a courtesy shuttle bus and passengers needing this service should exit baggage claim and ask a porter. The Hilton Garden Inn (tel: 904 421 2700) is located 1 mile from the airport and 1 mile from I-95. A complimentary shuttle bus transports passengers to/from the airport and a business center is available 24 hours a day.

The airport is fully accessible with elevators connecting both levels and has facilities for disabled customers. Passengers with special needs should contact the airline they plan to fly with to arrange assistance. Wheelchairs are available and there are disabled toilets on all levels and concourses.

There is a Business Center at the airport, situated on the upper level courtyard, which offers postal services, telephone, data ports, a change machine and mobile phone hire. The Delta Crown Room executive lounge is located on concourse A. The Clarion Airport Hotel and Conference Center (tel: 904 741 1997) is located within the airport grounds and provides a customer service desk in the baggage claim area.
