Taxi: Licensed taxis are available directly outside the Arrivals area, 24 hours a day; taxis operate on a fixed-fare basis, depending on zones and destinations.
Bus: Sun Metro operates a bus service between the airport and central El Paso. There are also private shuttle services to/from the airport; the Juarez/El Paso Shuttle Service (tel: 915 562 4946) runs services to El Paso and Juarez (Mexico).

Short- and long-term parking is available. A free shuttle bus from the long-term parking takes passengers to the terminal. The first ten minutes of parking in any parking lot at the airport are free of charge.

Money and communications: There is a bureau de change, phone card services, ATMs and postage facilities, located in the Travelex business center in the main lobby.
Eating and drinking: There are restaurants, bars and a coffee shop, located on the main level, in the east concourse and in the west concourse. One restaurant is open 24 hours on weekdays.
Shopping: There is a newsstand and gift shops.

Free transport is available between the airport and major hotels via courtesy shuttle bus; there is a courtesy telephone information board directly in front of the Arrivals area, for travelers to arrange transport.

Wheelchairs can be requested from airlines for arrival at the airport. For departure from EPIA, passengers can request a wheelchair from Skycaps or phone from inside the terminal using a courtesy phone and dial 0 for assistance. Parking shuttle services can be accessed by wheelchairs and there is also reserved parking for disabled drivers, close to the terminal.

A Travelex business center is located in the main lobby and handles currency exchange, telephone card service, fax, photocopies, laptop service, money transfer, travel insurance, office supplies, overnight package delivery, ATM machines and postage.
