The self-proclaimed “gateway to central Florida”, Daytona Beach International is well located for the Florida beaches and Orlando. The airport has been in existence since 1928, but a huge $46 million revamp in 1992 transformed the regional airport into an international one. Three airlines - AirTran Airways, Continental Airlines, Delta Air Lines - fly from the airport to more than 150 destinations worldwide. www.flydaytonafirst.com
