Getting into Town

Rail: The airport is served by the city’s RTA rapid metro train service on the red line, which runs direct to the city center, connecting to suburban bus and rail services. The station is located on the level below baggage claim.

Taxi: Taxis are available on the baggage claim level of the airport.

Limousine: Limousine companies are also available on the baggage claim level. Hotel shuttles and door-to-door express shuttles to other destinations are also available.

Shopping: There are various shops at the airport, including a tobacconists, leather goods shop and a beauty retailer, and others, located on the ticketing level. Gift shops and newsstands are located on all concourses.

The Sheraton Airport Hotel (tel: 216 267 1500) is the only on-site hotel. Nearby hotels include the Cleveland Airport Marriott (tel: 216 252 5333), Comfort Inn Cleveland Airport (tel: 440 234 3131) and the Holiday Inn Cleveland Airport (tel: 216 252 7700). Other hotels in the area include the HI Express Brook Park, Fairfield Inn Brook Park, Hilton Garden Inn, Residence Inn Cleveland, Ramada Inn Cleveland and the one-star Red Roof Cleveland. There is a courtesy phone center near baggage reclaim; many hotels can be contacted to provide a courtesy shuttle bus.

Directions

From downtown Cleveland, take the I-90 for 3km (2 miles) and take the 170B exit, continuing south on the I-71. Bearing right, continue southwest onto Berea Freeway, keeping right onto the ramp before turning west onto Terminal Drive. From Terminal Drive, bear left onto Park Road, then right onto Jackson Road and again onto South Terminal Road, which is the access road for the airport.

Car Rentals

Rental car companies, including Alamo, Avis, Budget, Dollar, Enterprise, Hertz, National and Thrifty, are located in an off-site consolidated rental car area. Shuttles transport passengers to the area from the lower level of the baggage claim level.
