Getting into Town

Taxi: Taxis operate 24 hours a day at a set fee for journeys into Cincinnati.

Bus: The Airport Executive Shuttle (tel: 859 261 8601) service runs to downtown Cincinnati and the Kentucky side of the Ohio River; stops en route can be arranged on request. A request service is available for hotels and for destinations throughout Greater Cincinnati and Northern Kentucky. Reservations should be made 24 hours in advance, although walk-up service is also available; the desk is located in the baggage reclaim areas of all terminals. TANK public bus services run to central Cincinnati and Covington. Buses run from the Terminal 1 crosswalk and outside the Terminal 3 baggage claim areas. Ground transportation information desks are located in the baggage claim areas of each terminal.

Car Parking

There are three parking lots within the CVG Autoport complex, for short-term parking with direct access to all terminals (the first 30 minutes are free), and one remote outdoor parking lot, serviced by a 24-hour free shuttle bus connecting with the terminal buildings.

Airport Facilities

Money and communications: There are plenty of ATMs throughout the airport, as well as banks and bureau de change facilities.

Eating and drinking: Restaurants, bars, delis and other concessions are located throughout the terminal buildings, with a wide variety available on the Terminal 3 concourse

Shopping: There are newsstands/gift shops in all terminals and duty-free and a wide variety of other shops on the Terminal 3 concourse.

Luggage: Trolleys are available throughout the airport.

Other facilities: Emergency paramedic services are available and there is a children’s play area.

Airport Hotels

The Radisson Hotel (tel: 859 371 6166) is located at the airport. Hotels close to the airport include the Cincinnati Airport Marriott (tel: 859 586 0166) and Holiday Inn Cincinnati Airport (tel: 859 371 2233). Hotel information and reservation desks can be found at each of the three terminals. Other hotels in the area, within 3 miles of the airport, include the Comfort Inn, Hampton Inn Florence and Hilton Cincinnati Airport. All these hotels offer a shuttle service to/from the airport.

Airport Disabled Facilities

The airport is fully accessible for travelers with disabilities; facilities include text telephones and visual paging and wheelchair-accessible disabled parking spaces. Passengers requiring assistance should inform their airlines prior to travel.

Airport Conference and Business Facilities

There are several Laptop Lane business centers providing workstations, Internet, telephones and fax. There is also a self-service 24-hour notebook Laptop Lane station in the public area of Terminal 1. The on-site Radisson Hotel (tel: 859 371 6166) provides a grand ballroom, which can be subdivided into six rooms, or three smaller meeting/conference rooms for hire, and can cater for up to 450 people.

Directions

From central Cincinnati, head south on I-71 or I-75, across the Ohio River. Then turn right onto exit 185 and follow the I-275 Circle Freeway west. Turn right at exit 4 onto State Route 212 and follow signs to the terminals and parking facilities.

Car Rentals

All major companies, including Alamo, Avis, Budget, Dollar, Hertz, National and Thrifty are represented. Courtesy telephones are located near the exits in the baggage claim areas for rental car reservations. Shuttles run to the rental car company locations.
