Carry-on: One item is permitted as well as a personal item, like a briefcase. Carry-on bags must not be larger than 24" x 16" x 10".
Checked: Dimensions of individual bags must not exceed 62 linear in. (length + width + height) and must not exceed 50lbs.
Excess: Bags weighing more than 50lbs will incur a fee of $25. Bags weighing more than 70lbs will not be carried.
Domestic Flights: First Bag Fee: $9 when paid at time of reservation, $12 when paid at ticket counter during check-in. Additional Bag Fee: $25 per bag.
International Flights: No First Bag Fee. Additional Bags: $25 per bag..
Seats can be reserved at time of booking, with the exception of exit and bulkhead seats, which can only be assigned at the airport. Seats can be reserved for a fee of $9 per flight by calling the reservations department at 1-877-872-3000. .
Changes can be made for a fee of $75 per domestic flight/$125 per international flight. Changes are permitted up to 8pm EST prior to day of departure otherwise all monetary value is forfeited.
