Infants up to the age of two may travel for free if seated on an adult's lap. Lap infants traveling to an international destination (outside of North America) must be ticketed at 10 percent of the accompanying adult's fare, but this does not guarantee them a seat. No discounted child fares available.

Up to five small pets total may travel in economy. Reservations made at least 24 hours in advance are required for any animals traveling in the passenger cabin, except tropical fish. A fee is charged to transport live animals. Pets traveling in the cabin must fit comfortably in their container under the seat, and will be charged a fee of $100 each way. Some breeds of cat and dog will not be transported in the baggage hold, so check with the airline to be sure.

Standard baggage allowance limitations apply. A separate seat may be purchased to carry a large instrument instead of checking it.

For flights over two-and-a-half hours, meals may be purchased. Complimentary soft drinks are available, and alcoholic drinks may be purchased on most flights.

The frequent flyer program is called Mileage Plan.
