Carry-on: All customers are restricted to one carry-on item and one personal item. Personal items include handbags, umbrellas, walking sticks, crutches, coats, cameras, reading material, infant food, briefcases, and laptop computers. No carry-on item may exceed linear dimensions of 55 linear in (140 cm) (height + length + width) and must fit under the seat or in the overhead bin.
Checked: Two items, with size limitations. The maximum weight is 50 lbs (22 kg) and maximum size is 62 linear in (157 cm) for the first bag and 55 linear in (140 cm) for the second bag.
Excess baggage will be charged at the rate of $50 for each piece checked thereafter.

Customers may change their flight itineraries for a fee of $50 plus any applicable increase in airfare. Customers not sure of which flight they may want also have the option of placing unused airfare in a credit file for one year from the date of the original itinerary booking, for a fee of $50.

Musical instruments under 55in (140cm) total area and weighing less than 40lbs (18kg) can be taken on board as carry-on items. Large instruments can be carried in a seat with the purchase of a separate ticket or as checked baggage.
