Hugo Burge

Non-Executive Vice Chairman

Hugo Burge joined the Company in March 2000 as a director upon the management buy-in.  In May 2003, Hugo set up the Company's Boston office and launched the USA Web site www.Cheapflights.com.  Prior to joining the Company, Hugo was an entrepreneur with a background in property investment and consultancy.  Graduating from Cambridge University with a Degree in Geography, Hugo has also qualified as a Company Secretary with the ICSA.

In 2007, Hugo together with David Soskin launched HOWZAT Media, an internet investment fund.  He is also a director of TrustedPlaces.com and Zoomf.com.  He is also a founder of hereorthere.com.  He is a member of the Royal Geographical Society.

Hugo became a non-executive director of the Company in April 2008.
